Jostens Customer Care Supervisor in Santiago, Dominican Republic
JOB TITLE: Customer Care Supervisor
Location: Santiago
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Perform a leadership role in the direct supervision of Order Entry, Customer Service, and Care Center functions, utilizing the support of the team to ensure the day-to-day and future operations of these mission-critical functions are on task according to company policies and management direction. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervision of department employees.
Coordination of measurement tools to manage “peaks” in volume.
Drive cost and process improvement projects.
Ensure maximization of system(s) and initiate changes to improve system capabilities and utilization
Responsible for department profit plan, goal-sharing coordination, and necessary reporting.
Required:
• BA in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0 – 3 years supervisory experience
• Previous experience using Microsoft Suite required; aptitude for working with applicable software used within the department helpful
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to initiate change through problem-solving, decision-making, planning/organizing, and utilization/development of employees.
• Ability to develop employee programs to improve morale, enhance employee satisfaction, decrease turnover, etc.
